先说缺点吧，估计是老牌酒店了设施有点旧，装修也不方便床头没有电源可充电；地下停车场找个车位太难了。优点就太多了：前台有自助办理入住退房的机器，方便快捷；入住当天很晚了，刚进屋有服务员进门送了两份红枣枸杞桂圆汤，食材丰富味道微甜，太好喝了；房间温度适宜不冷不潮；所有服务人员包括停车场的管理人员都热情周到，有宾至如归的感觉。有天晚上回房间发现服务员用数据线带把我放在写字台上的几天乱七八糟的数据线捆扎的利利索索，太贴心了；离地铁非常近，百十米的距离吧。在成都住了四晚，有家的感觉。有机会去成都还要住这里

这次带爸妈来成都旅游，选择了瑞城名人酒店，酒店地理位置很好，去各个景点以及往返机场都比较方便，到人民公园，宽窄巷子，文殊院基本步行就可以到达，买东西也很方便。客房服务很满意，遇到每个客房服务的阿姨都会和客人主动打招呼，房间收拾得很干净，每天还赠送水果。早餐很不错，品种挺多的，口味也很好。爸妈都很满意，下次来成都还会选择这里！
