定的5天房间，入住被前台带着自助办理刷预售，离店时说明需刷卡小票，前台说自助办的没有，只能取消预售再用卡支付，按照前台操作。结果离店第二天预售的也被成交了，住一个店付了双倍的钱。建议前台，承认收了钱但一直不退回。找艺龙客户也是给个前台电话，说自己没收钱，要找酒店。这也是醉了…

酒店的服务热情周到，工作人员微笑问候。设施不算新，但房间整洁卫生，还是值得推荐的。每日有水果赠送，首日入住还送了菊花茶。交通十分便利，机场快线2号线到站停靠即是。
