之前住过的酒店，只是这次不太满意，还是建议提高软服务水平，另外，每次入住后，不管住了多少天都会在APP中显示一天，每次都还要回电确认沟通，不知道这是个业务水平问题还是诚信问题了，宁愿相信是前者，这样还有改进提高的可能……
