旧砖、旧瓦、旧梁的90年代砖混结构，融入了工业设计风格，细节和服务都有惊喜。位于镗钯街崇德里1号，旧旧的街区，很有生活气息，闹中取静，出行方便。桌上有温度的管家手写信和天气预报卡片，还预备了免费水果，摆盘精美。早餐简单美味，餐厅很美。"一个城市的回家路"！嗯，满意的一次住宿体验，下次还会选择这里。

崇德里·驻下，靠近成都的东大街，传统市井氛围浓郁。“一个城市的回家路”——这是崇德里酒店的定位，建筑所在是近百年的老宅，住在最里端两栋的百来户居民每天回家的路，都会从酒店的建筑中间穿行而过，让人感觉相当亲切自然。
崇德里离成都最繁华的商业街区春熙路非常近，里面一共有4栋楼，分别是1号院、3号院、5号院及一幢老旧教工宿舍（4号楼）组成。一共有三部分，分别是私房菜馆“吃过”、茶文化馆“谈茶”和小型精品酒店“驻下”，既独立成趣又相互联系。
酒店房间风格利落简洁，通体的白色和原木色给整个酒店营造出平和的气氛，极简的设计师家具、灯具同样带给空间安静的味道。这是一家让人很容易安定下来的酒店。
最爱三楼的共享空间和早餐的豆浆，设施美中不足的是客房木有洗衣机，希望可以改进，带给客人更美好的入住体验。
