办理入住就遇到前台人员跟其他住客吵架，意外的是服务人员尽然还出口成脏，一下子好心情没有了，入住后感觉房间还可以，但是地毯上的小渣子让我有点无语😓，洗个澡，水全部溢到走廊上而且连地巾都没有配备，第二天退房，我提前通知了服务员查房，结婚到前台等了差不多10分钟才把房退，效率太低了，反正我是再也不会第二次光顾了，
