服务最差的一家。不同的前台回答的不一样，你说刚才的前台说可以这样，后面的前台回答完全不一样，再问回答就是不愿意你可以取消订单呀！酒店的地面高低不平。无论多沉的行李，都只能一直拎到房间。2点钟办理入住，一直到4点还是脏房。房间无窗，那味道太恶心了。住了两天，果断退房！

住过的酒店服务最差的一家。前台一副无赖样，房间无窗，前台回答不愿意可以取消订单呀！用成都话骂人以为别人听不懂！酒店的地面全部都是仿古的，地面高低不平。无论多沉的行李，都只能一直拎到房间。2点钟办理入住，一直到4点还是脏房。因为房间无窗，那味道太恶心了。

地理位置很好 古香古色 当地的司机也说这个酒店很有当地特色 来成都两次每次都住这个酒店 很有特色的一家酒店 服务态度很好 推荐入住 就在春熙路对面
