很不错非常人性化，因为我是早上6点的火车到成都，然后8点到酒店因为有空房就可以入住了。房间里设施维护得很新，很精致，卫生间和床铺的卫生也很好，很干净。然后二楼有书吧，可以随时去看书和借书，看书的环境很安静惬意。总之，服务很贴心很棒！

办理入住的时候，前台一男的告诉我们帮我们免费升级，结果进到房间发现是个非常差的，外面在装修，噪音特别大！我们到前台换了房间，有个男前台就小声问另一个，怎么阿姨打扫的时候不把门窗关起来。住在亚朵的几天，我们发现男前台都特别讨厌，特别不实在，女前台都特别好！另外，这个酒店的阿姨很懒，知道我们连续住几晚，每天打扫的时候很随意，用过的杯子不洗，用过的浴巾有时也不记得换，连台面也不帮忙收拾。总体来说，这家店的设施是好的，前台女服务员是很好的，餐厅也还行，就是阿姨需要再培训，前台男服务员素质偏低。
