入住体验只能说还好，就一般酒店的标准吧。但是订单体验很差，订的时候房间注明有返现，因为订的房间多，分成两个订单这倒好，订单金额大的那个直接说我没去住，给我取消了，返现没有了。同程网也很奇怪，打电话来向我核实了几次，我也报了房号和入住的人，每次都说去查，然后就不了了之了。更奇怪的是订单金额小的那个虽然确定我入住了，但是直到现在也没收到所谓的返现。如果返不了，你就别搞这些活动，小家子气，看不起你们，以后是绝对不会再入住了。

一切都挺好有两个小建议，1、毛巾浴巾真的挺久了，适当该换下了，但还是很干净；2、电视台挺多，好多台没声音，该处理处理

酒店环境可以，主要是停车很方便，周边餐饮很多，宽窄巷子就在旁边，前台小朱，小闫，小刘，女靓男帅，是一道风景线，服务耐心，点赞👍

类似于快捷酒店，性价比高，位置也不错，服务很热情周到。唯一不好的就是和居民楼一起共用电梯，比较拥挤。
