因为带小孩临时换成了标间，客房服务员还主动给我送来了儿童拖鞋，服务非常周到，酒店去宽窄巷子、春熙路都比较近，总台妹妹还给我推荐了夜猫子夜市吃小吃，过去也很方便，小吃的真的很多，听说年底楼下的地铁施工就结束了，酒店还要装修，以后来成都继续住这！

酒店大厅宽敞、明亮。总台旁边为客人准备了零食和柠檬水，可见酒店很用心。总台瘦瘦的小伙子很快的办理了入住。进房间后，看到卫生间玻璃擦的很亮，房间干净、整洁。因刚到成都感到气候不适应，在行李箱没找到降暑药，打电话询问，电话那头传来甜美的声音说有夏桑菊，霍香正气液，要了夏桑菊。我问是总台吗，回答是客房中心，我姓陆。一会儿一位女士送来五包夏桑菊，贴心的叮嘱我一些注意事项，帮我烧开水、查天气，在交流过程中得知她姓王。酒店从细节、卫生、体贴入微的服务弥补了修地铁带来的烦躁心情。以后还会再次入住这个酒店！点赞??

总体满意，房间设施不错，早餐种类也很多，服务态度很好。前台可以自助办理入住和退房。唯一不足的是楼下正在修地铁，晚上施工的声音比较大，有些吵，不建议住临街的。
