酒店的地理位置非常不错,设备设施非常好,10月下旬入住时已经开始供暖了,房间温度非常的舒适,早餐还说的过去,客房服务,卫生也非常不错。大多数情况都很好，但值得一提的是前台服务,这里的前台服务人员,完全不具备星级酒店服务人员的素质。待客冷淡，不热情，工作不积极主动,,凡事都要客人主动去问，但是每次他们都很忙,客人必须等他们忙完了，才能得到答案。在前台办理事情的时候，星级酒店最忌讳的是，让客人久等。可他们的前台服务人员，最擅长的事，让客人久等，我在前台办理入住和退房时,亲眼目睹了他们这项特长,不只是我一个人等，所有的客人都必须等，等他们忙完了，而且他们的工作效率极低，这样就使等待的时间显得更长了。
