环境不错，但是不够人性化。我们那天由于周末堵车至下午4点左右到达都江堰，原打算游玩景区后就直接回酒店休息，打电话请酒店保留客房至7点钟，而且我们先付款，但是酒店不同意，非要我们6点之前到酒店办理手续，否则就取消房间，而且还说今天住宿紧张，现在这个房价上涨了一倍等等！有趁火打劫之嫌！使得我们只好先到酒店办理入住手续，再又开车去景点游玩，中途浪费了一个小时！

依然很好，都来住了好几次了，还是那么干净，舒适，空调给的也很足，设施也很好，每次回都江堰都要来住一次，强烈种草。

刚到都江堰馨竹熊猫酒店找的很辛苦，住下发现路的两边都种了银杏树，有一两棵树沒掉叶子。在太阳光照射下金黄黄，特别好看。br一11

离市区远，郊区吧位置算是。早餐就是出门早餐店给你一个包子，身份证掉了检查卫生都没有找的，还是我们自己去房间找，这种打扫我也是醉了，急着赶车，前台还不紧不慢的，不知道安的什么心，以后再也不住，花300就这样，算了我还是住市中心那家吧，贪小便宜吃大亏
