前台服务特别差劲！一去就和我说没房了，我说在艺龙订好了，看都不看！估计有后台撑腰！客房服务人员不错。洗澡房会漏水，叫客房人员来立马清理干了

酒店位置很好，走到宽窄巷子20分钟，周围交通，吃饭非常方便。服务、卫生、早餐都 还不错，就是缺点四川特色。就是房间隔音效果差些。
