你们酒店的服务态度极其恶劣……拨打前台电话不接电话……拨打多次都不接……三月七日凌晨三点十分一个女服务员戴个眼镜……就算我让送外卖的上楼不允许一个！你好意思对不起的话都没有……还说什么这个让我去问安保的人……这种人也可以做服务行业吗？她是老板吗？我花钱住酒店还要受她的气吗？这酒店也不算便宜了吧？服务态度为什么会是这样？我会关注你们的处理……不然我还会投诉你们酒店
