房间有点老旧了，但还是比较干净，环境也不错。晚餐味道不错，虽然只吃了两个家常菜。空调有点老了，一阵一阵的声音有点大。

位置佳，就在青城山山脚下，环境好，里面很大。因为是省农行的指定培训中心所以一般很难预订到房间。房间设施稍微老旧，毕竟已经开业好多年了，不过不影响住宿。
