我在网上预订时确认有免费接送机场的大礼包，同时，我在入住前一天也拨打了酒店前台查询，对方电话里确认我的订单含有免费接送机场大礼包。等我到了酒店办理入住，前台说我的订单不含免费接送机场的大礼包。但看在过春节的份上，免费给我们安排一次。我不知道是艺龙摆了乌龙还是酒店耍了滑头，用艺龙的礼包挣酒店的面子？好在最后我们享受到了免费接送机场。酒店设施也还不错。
