硬件还不错 房间大 管理水平太低 前台接待客人的据说是酒店人事经理 服务态度相当生硬 是酒店自己管理水平低发的争执 反而不积极配合客人办理退房手续 态度冷淡 处理问题刻板 退房很慢 清洁也差 用了浴缸泡澡 第二天居然没做清洁
