酒店就在银泰in99，离商场非常近，房间很不错，由于是酒店式公寓，设备也很完全。洗漱用品很高，毛巾也很柔软，床很舒服。入住是由管家贴身服务，唯一缺憾一楼没有接待，到达后需要电话等酒店管家下楼才能进入房间。美中不足的地方，浴室的淋雨水流太小，舒适感差了一些，早饭内容稍微简陋了一些，如果这些方面能予以改进，会更加棒哒！

因在高新区办事选择了这家和华尔道夫同栋楼的酒店式公寓华悦居；住了几天体验了几种房型；房间设施五星标准，第一天入住17楼75平第二天更换120平后第三天续住因这房间有人订早上把我更换到两房；哇；相当大的房；可是音响没有；外卫锁了，我和家说一会客人来需要用外卫；等我回来之后；晕倒！把主卫锁了外卫打开；次卧锁了；请问你为什么要免费升级成这样；我要求还是回到之前的房型就好；来来回回几个小时；房间音箱不好连接；早餐还行；两位厨师态度及餐厅服务很好赞一个；早餐品质还行；退房请求可不可以延迟到两点；说不行只能到1点；我可是连续住了五天呀；一个小时也不错；差…
