感觉酒店管理有点混乱，办入住的时候，前台看不到哪些客房是收拾好的，临时跟客房部沟通，等待时间有点久；入住以后一个多小时另外一家客人用卡刷开房门，说他们也是这间房… 另外电梯里面味道难… 好的方面：所有的服务人员态度都非常好，房间卫生干净
