酒店位置好，离地铁站很近，设施也很新，也上档次。但管理却有缺陷和死角。在人常走的地方撑出一个玻璃窗。让我们一起的人碰破头皮。在医院缝了三针。出事后酒店的管理人员不是诚心赔偿而是一直拖和耍心眼。

因为凌晨下飞机，考虑到有机场大巴直达金沙交通枢纽，且第二天还要去金沙博物馆，所以订了这家酒店，入住后很惊喜，四星级酒店，大床房近2米的床，第二天因为要去其他地方所以没续住，隔了两天再订房就没那么幸运了，双床房碰到下水管道堵塞，换了商务标间倒还好。最后一天的大床房暖气无法调节，室内温度26度，打电话到总枱，工作人员居然让我们打开房门睡觉，我们都惊了，还有这种处理方式。后来打电话到前台，前台工作态度好点，给我们拿了电风扇降温。

来跑马拉松订的酒店，酒店贴心的延迟退房到下午4点，实际上我呆到了4点半，跑完全程还可以回来洗个澡，行李也不用担心，体验很好，谢谢成都市民！

干净，前台、保安、保洁员做事认真负责，态度好，床品非常舒服，进酒店一股好闻的芳香，离地铁文化馆B出口步行4-5分钟。这个价位的酒店性价比太高了。今天免费提供了套餐，送到房间😄
