1.没热水!!
2.酒店前台服务态度差!!
3.订好了，酒店也确认好了，也扣款了，凌晨1点过了酒店说还是查不到订单号，旁边还有一个不认识的也是这种情况。最后报警了，警察来了，前台态度马上转变说查到了？？

酒店打扫卫生的阿姨都很和蔼，但是前台的收银员服务态度超级差，其中一位满脸雀斑且有龅牙的妇女态度就像父母双亡却不能回去服丧一样。如果不是取消不了订单一定退房了。就给这位女子差差评。绝对是最后一次住
