酒店房间还可以，客房服务员很有礼貌。但是，早餐9点40分到已经没有食物，服务员收餐几乎收完。退房当天，下午一点出房间前没有任何电话通知退房，去四楼餐厅用完餐，大概下午两点出酒店隔壁小卖铺买点东西，两点十分回房间发现房卡开不了门，两点十三分到前台续卡被告知要多收半天房费，本人觉得非常不合理，在没有告知客人情况下收取房费，大堂副理认为每间酒店做法都这样，而且打电话到房间没人接听。本人住过这么多酒店从来没有遇过这样的服务！我在房间一点才出门，没有任何人告知，并且我一个小时都在酒店餐厅内用餐，也没有人致电，大堂副理说我没有留手机号码，前台在我办理入职时没有要我留手机信息，而且酒店难道不能从我预订信息中找到我的号码吗？更何况我是在携程上订的！另外，我续卡时已说明我是续卡后马上下来退房，而且距离退房时间才过了十几分钟！需然，最后没有被收取额外费用，但是我认为酒店处理事件的方法是很有问题。
