首先是看着是四星级酒店来的才选择的，没想到完全没有服务可言，不准外卖员送到房间，要自己下去拿，最后打了好几个投诉电话，才勉强送过来，和我説是为了住客安全，那你电梯里面梯控都没装，随便按楼层都能上去，你説这话骗**啊。大堂副理也是牛气哄哄的，真是服了，什么四星级酒店还不如100块酒店的服务，没学好怎么做服务别开酒店，真是恶心人，隔音也是巨差，不用晚上白天隔壁房间説话都听得一清二楚，订酒店最失败的一次，还有四星级酒店用这么烂的洗发水沐浴露，还有牙刷梳子，宾馆现在都不用这么烂的了，装牙刷的那个篮子都发霉了了，都不知道洗过没有

It is a very nice hotel, centrally located in Chengdu. There is a wash/ drier machine in our room. We enjoyed our stay here.

Warm and welcoming with spacious rooms and great staff. Well worth the price. Also the breakfast deal was good too. A good quality buffet breakfast with decent coffee too.
