酒店卫生特别好，周围环境也不错，隔壁有个便利店，酒店设施齐全，连防火防毒面罩都准备好了，早餐比较丰盛，服务贴心到位。但是，有件事令我失望。我在餐座预定景点门票，小朋友取餐时不小心打碎了盘子，服务员先我到现场，第一反映并没有对孩子有没有吓坏，有没有划破手表示关心。都没有靠近看看，哪怕象征性地关心下，说实话，我真的很失望。因为孩子真的吓坏了，孩子站那里都有点抖了，他怕酒店人员责怪他。我如数赔偿了，虽然一只盘子30块。我认为，作为一个知名五星酒店，这种发自内心的人性关怀有待加强。
