非常客观的入住体验感受。
优点:有特色，客房等服务人员都很有礼貌，房间也很体贴的准备了如洗衣液、指甲钳套装。
缺点:厕所下水道异味很大。
重点来了！前台服务水平很差，态度以及处理突发事件的基本常识都没有。这家酒店能把有客人住的房间又开给了其他客人，我们在洗手间洗澡，其他客人直接开门入内，房间太小了，我们没关厕所门，直接就看个满怀，请问安全性何在，客人的隐私被侵犯如何紧急处理，前台只懂道歉，还反过来质问我“你想怎样”，不小心把你手砍了，再道个歉，可以吗？最后的补偿方案一拖再拖，整个过程没有酒店负责人上门道歉，最后不想影响旅游心情，没有再继续追究，接受补偿方案，但是我想说，就算赔我一万，也补偿不了隐私被侵犯，如果当时房内没人，客人的物品被窃又如何处理，酒店的管理存在重大缺陷，此次住店体验极差，从没遇到如此恶劣的事件！

酒店设施堪比五星级的，床睡得很舒服。早餐很丰富，特别是汤很好喝。大堂帅哥服务态度特好！里武侯祠很近。交通方便。值得再次入住。

除了房间大小没有想象中的大之外 其他都很好。房间什么都有 古色古香的 不得不说服务很到位 入住时也会有工作人员带领我们进房间 说明房间里面的设施 还有空气净化器使用 总之还是不错滴

这个地方离锦里，武侯祠特别近。环境不错，也很干净，就是凌晨3点才到成都，房间临街到早上有点吵
