酒店空调不好，开了一晚还是冷，第二天早上打电话给前台，说让工程部看看，结果又是等了很久都没有来看，又打电话，前台推给客房，客房先是口气非常不好的来了一句你昨晚咋不给我打电话呢，我大晚上的不给你打电话我还有错了吗我，到后面说空调还在启动，又等了半天，问咋回事，服务员直接说空调要下午两点才开，然后请示了她们领导，给我们房间送了个油酊取暖，就没有遇到那家酒店这么冷的天空调还要分时间段来开，我也住了很多次了，上次是网络用不了，浴袍上有蜘蛛，网络用不了也是喊工程部看看，等了三个小时都没有去看，然后就这么算了，哎，我觉得服务真的还要提升，做服务行业的，哪有这种的嘛
