第一次给这么差的评论！ 大年三十跟lg出门旅行，在外连续住了五天酒店，这是最差的一次入住体验！
我们从云南开车到成都，已是半夜一点，入住也是半夜一点后入住！ 预定的时候，并未告知我们中午十二点必须退房，酒店详情里面明明写着中午14:00点退房，却在早上十点多通知必须12点前退房！非常不合理！
本就凌晨入住，第二天打算好好休息再起床，结果十点多打电话叫醒让马上起床收拾退房！
其次，凌晨入住时，两个枕头全是毛发，被子打开也到处是毛发，还有污渍。 后来联系酒店服务员，才给换了一套干净的！
