卫生间换气扇声音超级大，空调控制一直没弄明白，每次想强制开空调都要把温度设定到20度以下才会启动！淋浴间玻璃门开关有比较难听的噪音！

分数全部打给位置，基本没啥服务，前台一个笑脸都没有，设施老旧，房间有很强的异味！开窗都散不掉。位置超级好，没了。在这吐槽一下艺龙，我想我不会再在艺龙订房了，艺龙的客服讲话语气都跟姑奶奶一样，凶、不耐烦、总是在教训客人，喵喵喵？？艺龙赶紧倒闭吧！

地理位置OK，其他都不好，吃早餐天天3个房间号要弄5，6分钟，连自己酒店房号都弄不清楚，还我们酒店根本没有1001这个房间的还打电话去核实有没有这个房间号的真是醉了，天天登记1001，1222，1401这3个房号要这么久耽误客人这么多时间一个道歉也没，一天的好心情都搞没了！五星酒店服务员就这样的服务水平，连自己酒店有没有这个房间都不知道还需要去核实！

除了位置优越其他一点好处都没，五星酒店一点服务都没就算了连笑脸都没，住了4晚天天打扫完房间该给的有些东西也是一天有一天没的，早餐基本没啥吃的，还弄个痴呆症服务员在门口登记，吃了4天早餐天天早上弄3个房间号要弄5分钟以上，报了7，8次都记不住，还说我们酒店根本就没1001这个房间还打电话去核实，真的醉了，都住了好几晚了居然告诉我我们酒店根本没这个房间！五星酒店雇佣痴呆症服务员服务客人！
