这次经历太不愉快了！本来订的大床房，到酒店显示为双人房，当时我的手机上显示的还是大床房，还把手机给了酒店前台看，酒店前台让联系客服；随后跟客服联系，客服让提供截图，然后奇怪的事情发生了：手机上也显示为订的双人房！想退订吧，还退不了！可恶！！
