酒店环境很差，设施很旧，刚开始给我开的那件房间进去枕头上面全是灰，不知道哪儿来的，服务员来看了还不想给我换房间，说给我换枕头，后面说的才给我换的房间，服务员还说我态度不好，不给我换房间凭什么好态度，最后换了房间叫我自己下去拿房卡，前台说的没时间，当时已经凌晨三点半前台根本就没有什么事情，我也很困，就自己下去拿了。
