最不满意的一次酒店入,定的时候只剩标间和豪华大房床，标间500多，豪华大房690,想着不想住标间，就定的690的豪华大房床。办理入住的时候告知没有豪华大房床，给换到两人间了。
说是网络问题，那既然没有了就应该打电话通知我呀，早知道没有豪华打房床，我还不如定普通双人床，还节约200快。前台告知，升级成了豪华双人房。我信了，结果，办理入住后发现，被骗了，这最多1.3米的床是豪华双人房吗？这么大的酒店就是这样对待顾客的？
