我2018.11月24日入住该店，景观大床房，遗忘了一个苹果充电器在房间，离店后发觉了，马上打电话给前台，前台去房间找到了，并告诉我，随时来取，由于年底工作忙，我没去都江堰，我于2019年2月10日又入住，去前台取上次遗忘的充电线，前台居然告诉我没有了，这诚信让人失望，另外地下停车场破旧不堪，地下车库到房间要换乘两次电梯，最贵的景观大床房早上很早，楼下广场舞大妈音乐扰人，建议谨慎入住

2018年11月24日入住，遗忘了一个苹果手机充电器在房间，马上打电话与前台，前台说已经与我放在前台了，随时可以来取，由于近期没有来都江堰，昨天又来都江堰，去前台取充电线，前台说没有了，这诚信让人失望，景观大床房一大早就被楼下广场舞大妈吵醒

酒店位置很好，离堆公园快铁站旁边，离古城也就几步路远，房间就是标准的holiday inn style，入住的高楼层，视野开阔，感觉不错
