服务很好，小姐姐小哥哥都很和善，待人也很好的！环境也非常不错！我每次去荷花池拿货都住酒店，特别方便，地下停车场就在酒店楼下，直达电梯很巴适的！早餐特别丰盛！各种小吃，面食都有！总之就是满意，满意🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵

酒店整体位于金牛之心，荷花池市场。市场白天很繁华，类似于北京动物园的批发市场唉，晚上街边基本没什么人，走路去万达大概十分钟左右吧，还是有点距离的。
酒店早餐不是很好，品种没那么多。
酒店很干净，也挺安静的。就是服务有一点跟不上，上网区没有人，用电脑之前需要去前台领键盘鼠标。自助洗衣机是需要买洗衣币的大型波轮洗衣机，操作上稍微有点复杂，洗衣房堆满了椅子，有点乱。
总之，酒店整体还可以，但是还是有不少不尽如人意的地方，我的满意度不高，跟其他假日酒店还是有点距离的。
大家选择时谨慎考虑。

跟朋友一起出来旅游，选了好久才选到这个酒店，离成都北站特别近，来的时候找不到路跟前台打电话，前台特别耐心的跟我说应该怎么走，前台的服务态度很好，很细心也很耐心，早餐也很丰富，品种特别多，中西结合的自助餐，房间设施齐全，新酒店，床单被套都很新的哦，这家酒店是个不错的选择！
