住了几晚，总体设施还行，不过晚上十一点半左右，旁边还有工程在施工，吵得睡不着，早上也很早被吵醒了；隔音效果也不好。不是会员必须在12点以前退房哦，在网上订的房间，即使办了会员，也不能延长退房时间！！！！总之，再也不会在这家店住了！！！！！

住了很多次、因为价格相比其它酒店还是高一些，就刚好找到艺龙这边。入住后发现窗外是一片工地，提出换一个位置的房间、结果被告知不能更换，想想在如家官网或者飞猪旅行都是可以更换，因为曾经换过也免费升级过，这次就因为红包减免20块钱就不可以了、感觉有点次等房间促销一样，实在不爽！客观来说、环境、设施、服务是不错的。重要的是有洗衣设备。
