没有吹风机，电水壶还要几个房间分享用，毛毯太脏了，刚进去的时候地毯还很脏，有很多头发，后来拿拖鞋来的时候态度不好，直接很重地扔在地上，隔音不好，走廊晚上十二点多了还有人在大声讲话，墙皮脱落了，窗帘有味道，洗澡的莲蓬头也是坏的

总台妹妹服务态度很好，房间设施也可以！客房服务员服务态度也不错，唯一不足的就是晚上空调声音大，有点吵！早上去早餐厅吃早餐时，同伴不舒服没有下楼吃早餐，想给同伴端一碗粥去房间里，早餐阿姨不同意，我说了吃完会把碗送还下来的，另一个年龄大的男的不同意就算了，说话还很凶！本打算两个房间多住几天的，喝碗粥都这么受气，只能退房选其他宾馆了！我做酒店管理十几年，是我员工这种服务态度早开除了！留着害自己酒店客源流失！
