有时候真不知道是酒店的问题还是艺龙平台的问题，我也不喜欢无理取闹，但是今天当我续房以后，因为个人身体原因去了医院，晚上没办法在酒店入住，中午两点过在酒店前台协商退房的事情，让我跟平台联系，平台说可以就可以，然后我在平台上申请了特殊退订服务，结果不到半小时就被拒绝了，原因是跟酒店协商，酒店不同意，我也相信并不是我一个人遇到了这样的问题，现在酒店行业是怎么了，协商一下就那么难吗？总有人有特殊情况吧！那这种事情除了消费者自己担着，平台和酒店就一点也不管了吗？我也知道我自己有过错，已经说了可不可以部分退款，但是直接被前台拒绝。

酒店的床和厕所等都很好很舒服，床是乳胶床垫的。。。有地毯！唯一的缺陷是房间的筒灯不是分开开关的，一个开关控制完厕所门口的路灯和房间的灯
