全成都信用最差酒店，订购的家庭房并且已付款，到店没有房间，前台接待蛮横无理，还不道歉，叫我们只能换房间，明明花的家庭房钱只能住普通标间，还不退差价，哪有这样的道理，我们只好报警，再等待110的过程中，又来了一个家庭，同样出现我们家的情况，订购家庭房没有房间，最后警察叫我们先住下，第二天再找相关部门投诉。该酒店就在营门口立交桥旁边，住宿环境很吵闹，整夜车水马龙的，严重影响休息。没有一句假话，不相信的朋友可以去体会一下，祝大家新年快乐。
