酒店大门给人高大上的感觉，但是服务结果却是恰恰相反的，早上8点定的酒店，晚上8点告诉我没房了，喊经理出来解决，结果前台说经理不在，最后还报警了才有个人出来解决，如果不报警，真不晓得结果咋样

酒店地理位置很好，位于市中心钟楼附近，楼下就是商业步行街，吃的玩的都有。房间小巧精致，装饰温馨，冬天酒店里的暖气很充足，都有点不想出门了。有朋友来西安的话一定推荐我们家酒店。
