房间设施设备挺不错，周边交通很方便，离市中心很近，离市内各大旅游景点非常近，酒店前台服务热情周到，总体感觉还不错，下次还会选择入住！

环境不错，周围交通、景点都比较方便，走路就可以去宽窄巷子，到火车站坐车只用几分钟，公交站离得也近，前台态度也很好，我们十一期间入住，卫生条件不错

很干净，很不错，早点还卫生，数量也全面。但是卫生打扫都是下午进行的。就是附近没有吃饭的，要走到中顺大街或者吉祥巷那边才有。红墙巷那块有红旗超市。

酒店的前台服务质量，确实很让人气愤，由于火车的原因，需要把行李寄存一个小时左右，说明之后，前台让我们等一会儿，等了十几分钟，还在招呼别的客人，完全不予理会，酒店虽然环境还好，但是前台的服务应该有所提高，这种服务态度，让客人如何接受？

酒店的前台服务确实有待提高，寄存行李都不让，而且在退房之后，服务态度可谓是变化很大，让我倍感气愤。客人退了房，寄存一个小时行李，就不给寄存了，这样的服务态度，确实需要多提高一些

酒店的前台服务质量确实有待提高，退房之后，由于火车比较晚，想把行李寄存一两个小时再拿，结果前台半天都没有回应，有一种退了房就不是客人的感觉让人比较气愤。但是感觉酒店住的不错，屋内的装饰还不错

酒店环境不错，床很舒服，但是早餐确实有些过于单调，品种太少，酒店的前台服务质量有待提高，由于是晚上的火车，中午退房后，想在酒店寄存行李，出去买完东西后再过来拿，但是酒店前台根本不予理会，留下了不好的印象，望酒店提升前台服务质量
