吧台入住和退房办理速度慢，更奇葩的是早上7点20退房，吧台说没到8点所以没有现金退订金。让我们要么8点吧台退房，要么现在退房，8点以后给我微信转账退款，退完款之后会给我打电话。我们着急赶时间，无奈选择微信退款，结果现在过去两天了，既没收到退款也没收到电话。电话联系两次了，也还没结果。
