差评！绝对差评！我们凌晨订的房间，当时酒店那边已经确认了，但是过到去前台说已经没有房了，不知道是谁确认的，当时我手机没电了没能及时比对，第二天要求退款，酒店那边现在还没有给答复我！而且服务态度非常差！现在还在前台等答复！永久黑名单！
