我是出差为了方便选了这家酒店🏨刚进房间发现马桶是坏的，随即给前台电话联系很快服务员上来不一会就弄好了，还算满意。总的来说酒店的环境地理位置、服务、性价比都不错👍特别要提的是楼层服务员甘女士服务态度非常好给人有种回到家的感觉还送来的免费的水和饮料🍶下次还来这家酒店🏨

第一天晚上空调坏了，没有及时通知和更换房间，睡着热醒了，在我们再三追问之下才换到另一栋，大晚上的，行李搬来搬去，体验很不好，第二天在我们要求下换回原来的房间，作为四星级酒店不应该出现这个低级问题，服务员后来作了解释，我们也不是苛刻之人，不影响整体感受，给五分评价，携全家人第一次来四川游玩五天，吃住行都很方便，很开心。
