第二次入住该客栈了，之前入住的是豪华标间，体验还不错，所以再次选择了这家客栈。这次是普通标间，普通标间是临街的，比较吵，而且一直要持续到半夜十二点以后才会相对安静。这个倒没什么可吐槽的，因为本身等级不一样，环境肯定会有一定的差别嘛。但想吐槽一下的是服务。很不幸的我的旅行箱的锁扣坏了，想找前台借个锤子或扳手之类的工具，打电话到前台，前台说没有；修理箱子的时候，不小心把手整出血了，问前台有没有创可贴，前台说没有；我们住的二楼，没电梯，行李有点重，让前台找个人帮忙把行李拿到一楼，人是来了，却硬生生给了我一句：你的行李摔坏了我们不负责赔偿啊。我们住的是标间，虽然不是说花了很大的价钱，但380一间也不算很便宜吧，但这个态度，相信很多客人都是不能接受的。服务不好，会大打折扣的。

订的豪华标准间，挺满意的。装修风格古香古色，同时有暖气和中央空调，相关用品如吹风机等也周到齐全。缺点是厕所没有门，感觉隐私性略有欠缺。以及开窗就是空调外机，噪声稍微有点大。最关键的是，住这里逛锦里太方便了！这次在锦里终于小吃吃到撑了，以前都不曾如此尽兴啊

非常不错的宾馆，房间有独立的小院，早餐送到房间每天不重样，最让人惊喜的是房间居然有暖气！
