在网上预订的房间，看评价还有些小担心，怕和自己的预期不一样，来了之后还是觉得不错，环境很好，吃完饭可以当公园散步。空气很清新，我比较喜欢安静，所以觉得挺好的。

去成都出差，住的这个宾馆，据说是四川国宾馆，门口还有特警站岗，感觉挺正式的。前面是住房，后面是园林。听说整个宾馆占地有600多亩，后面的园林风景特美，像个公园儿似的，还有个非物质文化遗产，张大千故居什么的，挺有文艺范儿的。遗憾的是，里面太大了，时间紧促没什么机会转悠。设施挺一般，不过好在干净整洁，外出办事回来，房间都打扫的非常干净，大到床铺卫生间，小到数据线，充电器，都给咱归纳整齐放好，非常温馨。

金牛宾馆是四川的国宾馆，接待了很多中央首长，但是会议安排的客房比较陈旧，有待改善，宾馆环境很好，走进大门就像公园一样，绿色植物特别多。交通也方便，地铁2号线迎宾大道D出口过马路就到了。酒店免费WIFI使用很方便，整体来说这次都比较满意。

园林式宾馆，环境很好，但工作方式还停留在很古老的招待所模式，效率低下。按照酒店的设施及服务，定价太高，性价比太低。仅适合在此开会入住。

酒店在成都三环路之外，交通尚好；酒店硬件条件一般，服务总是被动的性质；酒店服务意识不高；属于典型的政府管理模式，工作效率低下；典型的表现是结个房账慢慢吞吞，业务流程也不熟悉；没有看到服务人员有顾客至上的意识。
