早就定好了的大床房，去了安排在415，拿了房卡进房间结果房间还是刚刚住了人的，根本没有打扫，打电话给前台，前台告知刚来的新经理，不懂，就把房态改了，是不是这样我也不了解，服务态度也不好，后来换了房，发现大床房里面连个充手机电的插孔都没有，问前台借插线板，结果还是用不了，我也是做过酒店的人，一个三星级酒店怎么能这样

总的感觉还行，比较老牌的酒店，地处生活区，比较安静，但没有自己的停车场，道路停车每晚10元，交通方便，去一环二环都很便捷，但要注意周围都是单行道，服务正规，卫生条件良，有些死角打扫得不够，床下还有烟头，进房间烟味有些大，网络较为方便，每层都有wifi，网速一般。
