房间应该是重新翻修过的，设施看着都很新。厕所相比起来应该没有重装，有点老旧。服务人员态度也不错，就是入住时携程有升房权益，并且酒店也确认了。到了前台办理入住时还向前台确认了説不能升没有。联系携程官方才得到解决（携程处理速度很快）酒店和旅行社有合作，很多游客四五点钟就开始收拾走廊特别吵，总体评价一般。

购物出行是比较方便的，开窗就可以看见管道，半夜嗡嗡嗡的响震的心脏难受，打电话给换了个尾房！心情非常不愉快

这家酒店周边的火锅、串串比较多，离春熙路大概15分钟车程，比较方便，房间比较乾净，电梯有梯控，给人安全感，前台服务挺热情的，小余、小王还给我们介绍了葡萄，是酒店楼顶花园里麪采摘的，确实好吃，不错的服务，不错的酒店，比我上次住的那家酒店强多了，必须给个好评

8723房间那个床垫非常非常硬也非常糟糕老旧，我整个晚上都睡不好，床垫身体移动还有弹簧的声音。
