设施陈旧,电视又老又小!隔音很差隔壁声音走廊声音马路声音混杂。服务差,态度也差,无论如何请尊重客人,就算是对陌生人尊重也是做人应当具备的基本素质,何况您是本职工作呢?晚上十点回房间未打扫,一身疲惫打电话到前台询问回复阿姨可能太忙了、她不知道等理由,只好从29层下楼到大厅等候打扫。前台有个戴眼镜的姑娘告诉我,白天不是她当班她不知道,现在给你打扫还不行吗?你说怎么办?我给你道歉行了吧?第一这些都不是您工作失误的理由,最好的解决方法是正面面对问题,真诚的为你的失职道歉,因为你错了,你不知道是因为你们的交接工作没做好导致的结果不该客人替你承担。第二这些错是容易被理解和原谅的,前提是注意您的语气,客人是人不是借住也不是你家雇员,不要给人一种欠你家酒店500万似的!一年住200次酒店第一次写这么多。酒店就是卖服务➕设施,服务就是您对客人真诚微笑,发自内心的欢迎,不是不耐烦的接待。
