入住当天已经很晚了，发觉床单和枕套都有不少污渍和黑色鞋印，联系前台更换，前台直接告诉我没有房间更换。很奇怪我只是要求更换床单没有换房的意思。最后总算有个阿姨来房间查看。但阿姨说她不是客房部的，她不管这种事，查看后她说这印子是洗不掉的，就是这样了，也没有多余的能换。很无语啊！这酒店难道连一床干净的床单都不多备吗？在我们的再三商量下，阿姨终于答应去找找，有就帮我们换。取了床单来更换时，因为她一再说自己不是管客房的，所以换床单就不专业了，老公赶紧一起帮忙把床单换上。我很纳闷，酒店为什么没有24小时的客房服务？就住一晚上，忍了。酒店去锦里、宽窄巷等地，都要靠车接驳，成都打车不方便，以后不会再入住也不推荐大家入住。
