先说说位置吧，紧邻太古里，太古里地下还有一个很大的超市，可以满足你所有需求，5分钟左右走到春熙路，楼下出了小区就可以打车，只要告诉司机“太古里朗御”即可，可知这栋大楼有多出名。外卖也可订呦……再说房间，安静，太古里在吵闹，也不会吵到在30层的我们，房间相当干净，每日都有阿姨打扫，下水道绝对没有味道呦，设施全，绝对的拎包入住，24小时热水，天然气的热水器，并没有出现差评中的热水不足情况。房屋内有中央空调，很舒服。床是加长加宽的，175以上身高的人放心睡吧，不会空脚丫。夜间坐在飘窗前可以看太古里的繁华，马路上的车流…棒极了…

就是私人公寓拿来出租的那种，地理位置很好，就在太古里边上，景色不错。公寓是托管的，卫生不行，浴缸还有毛发，不敢用，挺脏的，锈迹斑斑，床上用品有味道，电视是坏的，不是专业酒店管理。没有早餐，有停车场但要收费。这个价格，这种服务和管理，确实性价比太低。

优点是位置太赞了，交通便利！不足的地方就是房间感觉有点儿旧，但是面积大，带孩子一起住，比较方便
