管理混乱，服务差，房间灯光很暗感觉很压抑，特别是晚上办公的话很不方便，床头没有插座手机充电很不方便。

在这家酒店住了八天，第一天网上预订付了现金，之后全是刷卡，一周之后离店结账时说我们第一天没付房费，解释了半天没用最后查监控查了一个小时，结果是前台收了钱没记录，要是没监控是不是说不清楚了？？？这还不算我们正在住的房间竟然开给了其他人，试想一下你正在屋里突然有两个陌生男人推门而入是什么感觉……酒店最后的解释是以为我们房间没人住开错房间了，完全不能接受
