早餐很差，种类很少，没什么选择性，服务态度差，枕头都太高了，睡得很难受😣，很不愉快的体验，酒店位置在二环，去地铁站是挺方便的，但去武侯祠就不太方便了，还有两公里多

一个房间一张床只有一个枕头，带了俩小孩问多要个枕头、拖鞋，前台居然说拖鞋要收费，第一次听说宾馆拖鞋有收费的，前台一个男的服务态度超级差，除了出行方便，其他设施、服务一般般。

酒店位置很好，门口公交地铁都很方便，还有免费的停车场，处于市区，又不喧闹，周围吃饭也很方便。房间设施很全，干净卫生。

房间大小也就那样，可被子有股子味道，是那种长时间没洗澡的脑油味，我女儿躺下就说难闻，早餐还不如大街上的10元早餐丰富，也可能是大过年的放假了没有做饭的，体验不太好，不过是离景区稍近些。

酒店环境还不错吧，比较安静，前台服务员很热情，只是酒店装修和设施有些老旧，洗发水和沐浴露都是假的，越洗越痒，应该改善一下！
